AYMES was only too pleased to support Medical Nutritional Manager, Charlotte Duncalf, when she asked to donate her charity day to the Bromsberrow Way Christmas Lights appeal.
Every year, the neighbourhood of Bromsberrow Way in Stoke-on-Trent, comes together to put on a Winter Wonderland Light Show for locals to enjoy. The campaign raises money through donations for Douglas Macmillan Hospice and The Donna Louise Hospice.

This year, the lights were set up in November and ran through to 5th January 2026. The street enjoyed record numbers and raised a whopping £7441.45 for the charities – the largest sum raised so far, since the campaign started in 2016. Funds were raised through bucket collections and online donations.
Charlotte said: “It was great to take part in such a fun event. I attended most nights throughout December and it was super busy – it seems to get bigger and bigger every year! It is so rewarding to see the joy it brings to the kids (and adults too!), but even better that we can raise funds and donate to worthy causes. I’m very grateful to AYMES for the support it gave me to help out this year.”
