Group Financial Controller

Location: Leek, Staffordshire, UK | Hybrid

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent 

We’re looking for a hands-on Group Financial Controller to lead the Finance teams across AYMES and Allicio, while taking ownership of financial control, performance and optimisation across the Group. 

Reporting to the Group Finance CI & Project Manager, this is a role for someone who wants to be in the numbers, in the detail and in the business, not sitting on the sidelines producing reports. 

You’ll lead the day-to-day Finance function while driving improvements across: 

  • Cash flow, working capital & profitability
  • Group reporting, budgeting & forecasting and monthly reporting across each business independently
  • Manufacturing cost control & margin optimisation
  • Transfer pricing & intercompany finance
  • Export, import & international supply-chain finance
  • Customer & product profitability
  • Business cases, investment & commercial analysis
  • Finance systems, controls & automation
  • Continuous improvement across the Group finance structure 

We want a commercially sharp, sleeves-rolled-up finance leader who can lead a team, challenge the business, solve problems, and turn financial data into better decisions.
