Ingredients
- ActaSolve Protein Compact (choose your preferred flavour)
- Full-fat yoghurt
- Preferred fruit e.g. strawberries, banana
Method
1. Mix the AYMES ActaSolve Protein Compact into the yoghurt and whisk until smooth.
2. Take a small handful of your preferred fruit, cut into manageable pieces and place them in the bowl.
3. Pour the yoghurt mixture over the fruit and refrigerate for around 15 minutes. This helps the mousse set with a nice smooth consistency.
4. Serve cold as a nourishing snack or dessert.
