Fortified yogurt mousse recipe

When you need a little extra protein, snacks and desserts can be a great to support their intake. Here, Reach by Nightingale Hammerson has created this Yogurt Mousse recipe using ActaSolve Protein Compact. This is part of series of video recipes supported by AYMES. 

Ingredients

ActaSolve Protein Compact (choose your preferred flavour). 

Full fat yoghurt. 

Preferred fruit e.g. strawberries, banana.

 

Method

1. Mix the AYMES ActaSolve Protein Compact into the yoghurt and whisk until smooth.  

2. Take a small handful of your preferred fruit, cut into manageable pieces and place them in the bowl. 

3. Pour the yoghurt mixture over the fruit and refrigerate for around 15 minutes. This helps the mousse set with a nice smooth consistency. 

4. Serve cold as a nourishing snack or dessert.
