We believe that looking after people’s health goes hand in hand with looking after the planet. That’s why we work hard to reduce our impact on the environment while continuing to provide high-quality nutritional supplements you can trust. As a certified B Corp, we meet strict standards for environmental care, honesty and responsibility, reflecting our commitment to doing what’s right for you, your community and future generations.

Working in partnership to achieve net zero

We are taking steps now to protect the environment for the future. By working closely with the people who help make and deliver our products, we are finding better ways to source ingredients, manufacture, package and transport our supplements while reducing carbon emissions. We’ve already made meaningful changes to cut down on waste and lessen our impact on the planet, all while continuing to focus on quality, safety and care for you.

Remote-first

AYMES operates as a remote-first business, which helps us to achieve 54% fewer carbon emissions when compared to traditional offices.1 25-50% of our energy supplies are from renewable sources,2 and we continue to look for ways or reducing emissions.

Striving for net zero

We’ve created a detailed Carbon Reduction Plan to help us (internally) reach net zero emissions by 2035. We update it every year and are actively working toward this goal through a range of practical strategies.

Reducing our carbon footprint

Our carbon footprint comes from many sources, and includes vehicles, food and everyday ingredients. We will be working with our suppliers to share the carbon impact of the products they provide. Exploring innovative plant-based ingredients to help reduce emissions, without compromising the quality 6 you expect, is also a big part of our process.

Recycling

Plastic packaging has the biggest impact on our carbon footprint, so it’s our first focus. Using recycled plastic to make food-safe containers can cut carbon emissions by 25%, which saves around 70 tonnes every year.4 We’re committed to working with our manufacturers to bring more recycled plastic into our packaging.

Improving transportation

We partner with our suppliers to use low or no emission heavy goods vehicle transport6 and continuously look for smarter ways to transport goods, helping us to cut CO₂ emissions.

Working together

We’re always looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact. By working together, we can help ensure materials are reused instead of going to landfill. For practical recycling information, download our recycling guide.
