Fortified Porridge
Ingredients
Fortified milk (see fortified milk recipe).
Porridge oats.
Preferred toppings e.g. fruit, peanut butter etc.
Method
1. Mix the porridge oats with fortified milk instead of water. Stir well until everything’s combined.
2. Heat the mixture gently in a saucepan until it thickens or microwave it for two and a half minutes. Avoid letting it boil.
3. Serve and add your preferred toppings.
4. Stir until everything is combined.
5. Warm the mixture gently in a saucepan until it thickens, or microwave for two and half minutes. Avoid letting it boil.
6. Serve warm and add preferred toppings to add some extra flavour.
