AYMES Oaty Breakfast American Pancakes
1portion (makes 2)
Ingredients
- 1 sachet AYMES® ActaJuni Banana
- 35g oats
- 1small apple, peeled and cored
- 3 pecan nuts
- 2 tbsp (30ml) full fat milk
- 1 small banana
- Light olive oil or sunflower oil for frying
Method
- Put the oats into a blender and blitz until you have a rough flour.
- Slice the apple and add into the blender with the nuts, blitz for 5 seconds and then add the Aymes ActaJuni Banana and the milk.
- Heat 2 tsp of the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and add a large spoonful of mixture to the pan as 1 pancake, cook for 3 - 4 minutes until the base is well set and the odd bubble appear on the top. Slice over 6 thin slices of banana and flip over, cook a further 3 -4 minutes. Serve banana slice upwards.
