AYMES Oaty Breakfast American Pancakes

1portion (makes 2)


  • 1 sachet AYMES® ActaJuni Banana
  • 35g oats
  • 1small apple, peeled and cored
  • 3 pecan nuts
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) full fat milk
  • 1 small banana
  • Light olive oil or sunflower oil for frying


  • Put the oats into a blender and blitz until you have a rough flour.
  • Slice the apple and add into the blender with the nuts, blitz for 5 seconds and then add the Aymes ActaJuni Banana and the milk.
  • Heat 2 tsp of the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and add a large spoonful of mixture to the pan as 1 pancake, cook for 3 - 4 minutes until the base is well set and the odd bubble appear on the top. Slice over 6 thin slices of banana and flip over, cook a further 3 -4 minutes. Serve banana slice upwards.
