AYMES Chocolate Muffins

  • 1 sachet AYMES® ActaJuni Chocolate
  • 75g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 35g caster sugar
  • 25g butter
  • 35g Natural full fat yogurt
  • 1 medium egg – beaten
  • 25g chocolate chips - optional


  • Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/ Gas mark 5. Put 3 paper muffin cases in a muffin bun tray.
  • Mix the ActaJuni Chocolate, flour and baking powder in a bowl, stir in the sugar.
  • Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave, cool slightly then add the yogurt and egg.
  • Add the liquid mixture to the flour and beat together along with the chocolate chips, until well mixed.
  • Divide mixture between muffin cases.
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. Delicious warm or cold.
