PINNT

On Friday 12th April we were thrilled to present a cheque for £1000 to Patients on Intravenous and Naso-gastric Nutrition Treatments (PINNT), a charity which provides practical support for day-to-day living with artificial nutrition at home.

Founded over 30 years ago by 4 people who had to adjust to life on artificial nutrition at home, they aim to promote greater understanding of the therapies amongst patients, potential patients and the medical profession; to provide contact between patients; to work towards improving homecare services and range of equipment and to have a united voice to campaign for a better, flexible and safer service.

Free to join, a membership with them gives patients and their families access to exclusive resources and information designed to help live life to the full.
