Nutritional supplement developer Founded in 2008, this Sussex firm launched its first product in 2013 — a milkshake-style prescription supplement designed to help patients with malnutrition meet their nutritional requirements.
Its range has since grown to include desserts and smoothie-style drinks, all of which are high in calories, protein and fat, and also contain up to 27 vitamins and minerals.
The firm sells almost exclusively to the NHS and founder Roger Wertheim-Aymes, 38, says its products have helped the health service save £40m.
The business keeps costs low by forgoing an expensive office and instead allowing all staff to work from home.
Sales hit £6.4m in the year to March.
