    Changing Faces

    We are thrilled to be able to continue with our Give Pledge in the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic, providing much needed financial support to charities whose essential work must continue in this time. We recently donated £500 to Changing Faces, the UK’s leading charity for everyone with a scar, mark or condition on their face or body that makes them look different.

    This worthy charity was nominated by the South East London Community Head and Neck Cancer Team.

    “This donation will make a significant impact to our work, especially as it’s going to be a really challenging time for people with visible differences in the months ahead. We’re expecting up to half of our community, including burns survivors and those with auto- immune diseases to be ‘shielding’ due to underlying health issues – which will put a further toll on their mental and physical health. Without Changing Faces there’s no one there to support them.”- Catherine Deakin, Director of Fundraising and Communications.
