Ingredients - 1 portion
- 1 sachet AYMES Shake Neutral
- 1 serving (approx. 27g) porridge oats
- 200ml Whole Milk
Instructions
- Mix the AYMES Shake powder, milk and porridge oats
- Microwave for approx.. 2 ½ minutes or gently heat in a saucepan until thick
- Serve warm
Serving Suggestion
- For a fresher taste, top with a few raspberries or slices of banana
