Welcome & thank you for registering with us.
The AYMES Therapy Optimisation Resource is designed for healthcare professionals to take a systematic approach in optimising local pathways and helping to simplify the prescribing of Oral Nutritional Supplements (ONS).
The resource has been developed to provide healthcare professionals with a flexible offering, allowing you to select the elements of the resource which best meets the needs of your healthcare organisation.
Using the GP clinical systems, the resource enables you to take a systematic and consistent approach to identify, manage and support patients more efficiently. The patients identified are those who may be considered for a review of their current ONS or those who may benefit from consuming ONS as part of their overall malnutrition management plan.
The AYMES Therapy Optimisation Resource offers access to a pharmacist-led clinical review service to support the review of suitable patients.
This resource is offered to UK based GP practices, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Local Health Boards and Primary Care Networks, who use either EMIS or SystmOne.
